Argh... this may just be my last attempt at portraits. The angle and the proportion was all wonky. Kids are always a tough one to do, mine more often than not turns out looking like a midget.
I suka the technique yang Julie Roberts applied in this one movie (abt the dying ex-wife whose husband is remarrying to Julie Roberts- for goodness sake, someone help me with this!). The swooshing technique of doing the leaves; mcm technique oil-paint tapi pakai water colour.

i think it's a very good rendition! Paintings cannot be perfect, otherwise cameras will go out of style ;-p
